1. As a participant in the Yarbo Referral Program, you agree to abide by Yarbo's Terms and Conditions, Yarbo's Privacy Policy, and the additional terms outlined in these Referral Program Terms.

2. Referrer: Anyone aged 18 and above (or as per local laws) is eligible to participate in the Referral Program. To make a referral, users must register and sign in to their Yarbo account. The referred individuals must also be at least 18 years old to qualify.

3. Referred Customer: A person who arrives at the Yarbo website using the unique referral link provided by a Referrer. The Referrer and the Referred Customer cannot be the same person, as determined at Yarbo's sole discretion.

4. Qualified Purchase Referral: A Qualified Purchase Referral is defined as a first-time order placed by a Referred Customer. For a referral purchase to qualify for rewards, the order must include at least one Yarbo core.

5. Referrers can earn 30,000 Yarbo Points for every successful purchase referral and are eligible to redeem rewards based on the points earned.

6. The Yarbo Referral Program provides an opportunity for members to earn rewards by inviting their friends or family to join Yarbo or make a purchase on Yarbo’s official website.

7. Both the Referrer and the Referred Customer receive rewards for successful referrals. Follow these steps to complete a referral:

(1) Referrers log in to their Yarbo account and obtain a unique referral link.

(2) Referrers share this referral link with friends, family, or colleagues.

(3) When a Referred Customer completes a purchase using the referral link, the Referrer will receive 30,000 Yarbo Points once Yarbo verifies the order.

8. Referral rewards (Yarbo Points) can be used to redeem the following rewards:

9. All rewards are subject to verification, and Yarbo may delay processing for investigation purposes. Yarbo reserves the right to refuse verification and processing of any transaction at its discretion.

10. Non-U.S. Users: For users in Canada and Europe, please contact referral@yarbo.com. to redeem your coupon. Specify the product you wish to redeem, and we will send you the corresponding coupon.

11. Referral links may not be shared, sold, or used in any unauthorized manner. Referrers are limited to one Qualified Referral per Referred Customer; repeat purchases by the same customer do not count as additional referrals.

12. Referral links obtained through third-party websites or intermediaries will not be honored.

13. If a Referrer and Referred Customer share an IP address or device, only the Referred Customer will receive a reward. Yarbo may disqualify Referrers who attempt to undermine the fairness or integrity of the program through dishonest practices.

14. Referrers must comply with all applicable laws. Distribution of referral links that constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" is prohibited and will result in termination from the program.

15. Yarbo reserves the right to disqualify participants using improper means and may pursue legal action if necessary.

16. Yarbo reserves the right to terminate any Referrer or Referred Customer’s account at any time and without notice for conduct that violates these terms.

17. Yarbo may cancel the Referral Program or revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the website. Unclaimed rewards will be forfeited if the program is terminated.
